Migrations & setup
/ 01 How does migration work?
You sign up, point us at your current host, and we move the site by hand on a staging URL. We test it, fix anything broken, and send you the staging link. When you approve, we cut over the DNS. Email and redirects move with you. Free, on every plan.
/ 02 How long does migration take?
Most sites are migrated within one business day. Big WooCommerce stores or sites with sketchy data take longer; we’ll tell you up front.
/ 03 Will I have downtime during migration?
No. The cutover is DNS-level. Visitors hit the new server as DNS propagates, and we run the old and new sides in parallel until everyone’s on the new one.
/ 04 Can I bring my own domain & email?
Yes. Domain stays with whichever registrar you like. Email migrates with the site if you want, or stays with your current provider — we’ll set the MX records correctly either way.

Plans & billing
/ 01 Are there contracts or annual lock-ins?
No. Plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime — no fee, no “contact your account manager.”
/ 02 What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card or ACH. Annual billing is available with a small discount, but never required.
/ 03 Do you offer refunds?
A 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting plans. Maintenance plans are pro-rated to the day of cancellation.
/ 04 What if I outgrow my plan?
We move you up. Shared→Shared is instant, Shared→VPS takes a couple of hours and stays free.

Performance & reliability
/ 01 How fast is your stack, really?
On the same WordPress install, our stack benchmarks roughly 20× faster than a standard Apache shared host on the same hardware. We use LiteSpeed, all-NVMe SSD, OPcache, and per-site Redis — with object cache on by default.
/ 02 What’s your uptime?
99.99% rolling, posted publicly. We rehearse failover monthly and post post-mortems for any outage above the threshold.
/ 03 Where are servers located?
Primary fleet in U.S. Pacific (Las Vegas) and U.S. East (Atlanta). EU options on request.
/ 04 Do you offer CDN?
A free Cloudflare integration is one click in the panel. For Enterprise CDN (Cloudflare APO, BunnyCDN, KeyCDN) we’ll set it up for you.

Support
/ 01 Who answers my ticket?
A person who can fix the problem — not a tier-one queue. Median first-response is under fifteen minutes during business hours.
/ 02 Do you support 24/7?
Urgent (site down) tickets, yes — 24/7. Non-urgent tickets are answered during business hours, 8 am–8 pm Pacific.
/ 03 Will you fix plugin conflicts?
Within reason, yes. If a plugin is genuinely the host’s problem we’ll handle it. If it’s a theme/plugin bug we’ll point you to the developer with notes — but we’ll never just say “not our problem.”
/ 04 What if my site gets hacked?
On Manage & on VPS plans we clean it up included. On Solo/Go/Pro we’ll quote a one-off remediation; usually under three hours.
